Sophie is the Head of Human Resource (HR) & Administration at Triterras. Her HR career spans over 25 years, across both large and small organizations, including stints in the energy, leisure, investment and e-commerce sectors.
Sophie has held HR leadership roles for the last 16 years, where she worked very closely with senior management and the Board to identify and deliver targeted and progressive HR solutions for the business units.
Sophie holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Manchester (UK).
