James is an award-winning marketing professional with 20 years’ experience in Paid, Earned, Owned and Shared media.

In his role, James plans, develops and implements all aspects of the broad marketing spectrum, comprising of public relations, database email marketing, social media content creation & curation, with a special focus on CRM digital marketing, including search engine optimization & marketing, to better reach out to clients, raise the organization’s brand value, and to build stronger relationships with both internal and external audiences.

Prior to Triterras, James has led strategic marketing and communications in various leadership roles across diverse industries such as Finance, REITs, Media, MICE, Education, Government and NGO.

James holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Western Australia (UWA).
