Aparajita is the Manager of the Customer Success at Triterras.

A seasoned manager in handling projects and customers, Aparajita has more than ten years of experience in end-to-end customer success, enterprise account handling, customer relationship, delivery including implementation of business operations, risk and governance as part of Audit and Assurance committee.

Aparajita is a critical thinker, with a proven record of building Triterras portfolios and maintaining strong business relationship in the industry, both with internal as well as external stakeholders.

Aparajita’s key traits are in strategy creation and execution, risk assessment, and mitigation.

She is also a qualified Lead Auditor for Information Security Management Systems (ISO/IEC 27001) from TÜV SÜD South Asia Pvt. Ltd.

Aparajita holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a master’s degree in Business Administration. Additionally, she brings with her a rich and diverse consulting experience, having worked with leading global developer of energy and power transmission infrastructure, large technology house, FMCGs, and Fintech organizations.
