SIDBI, OPL and SBI Cards likely to roll out digital credit card for Indian MSMEs

Online PSB Loans (OPL), an Ahmedabad-based fintech company, in collaboration with Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) and SBI Cards, may roll out a digital credit card for MSMEs within the next three months. Disclosing this, OPL MD and CEO Jinand Shah said the necessary tools to give credit cards to MSMEs are already in place, but some approvals are awaited before rolling out the product. The most significant advantage of the proposed digital credit card is that MSMEs can get real-time disbursements of loans without them having to visit bank branches.
