Maersk backed Modifi acquires PrimaDollar’s export trade finance business

Modifi has announced acquiring the export trade finance business of PrimaDollar the startup founded by Tim Nicolle in the UK with exporters in Asia being financed. Modifi is fast emerging in the export trade finance segment based out of Germany and the Netherlands. Modifi has expanded its footprint in the emerging markets of India, China, Hongkong and the UAE. PrimaDollar is looking to reinvent itself as a technology company by offering SAAS Supply Chain Finance Platform for exporters.
