CGCC and CBC team up to facilitate access to credit for SMEs and women

Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia and Credit Bureau (Cambodia) have teamed up to facilitate easy access to finance by offering more transparent loan assessments to women and SMEs. While CGCC is a state-owned company that provides credit guarantees on loans disbursed by participating financial institutions, CBC is Cambodia’s only credit reporting service provider. This partnership between CGCC and CBC would enhance the financial inclusion of women and SMEs, strengthening Cambodia’s economic infrastructure and streamlining support for women and SME borrowers. This collaboration will also enable the two organizations to cooperate in conducting financial education programs and creating awareness in the country.
